Attached Documents

In addition to paper documents and internally created documents, it is possible to attach any file to a case in defenderData.  You can drag and drop a spreadsheet, presentation, or even drop a message directly out of Microsoft Outlook into the case file.  Many clients use this facility to store crime scene photos and other media as well.  Note that the attach function is a feature of the Professional version and is not available in the Basic version of the system.
