As such, it provides powerful search capabilities to locate vital information stored within the database.![]() Entering information in these fields allows you to filter the results that are found by the search. Depending on how specific the search criteria is, the number of resulting records found will be affected. Searching for unique items such as a case or file number would yield a single record returned from the search. Partial field searches are also possible. Entering the name "Al" in the First Name field would locate any case with a defendant who's name begins with "Al", such as "Albert", "Alan", or "Alice". Multiple entries can be selected in any of the drop down pick lists. This makes it possible, for example, to search for cases assigned to multiple attorneys. ![]() See also |
