Check for Duplicates

Regardless of how careful data entry clerks or automated load routines are, it is always possible for duplicate information to get created in any case management system.  Identifying and resolving duplicate information is an important function of a robust database.  The screen displayed here illustrates how potential duplicates are displayed within defenderData.  This screen allows the user to quickly identify matching information between multiple defendants and ranks possible duplicates closer to the top for closer inspection.
