Costs and Professional Fees
Basic System:
- No up-front cost.
- No term commitment
- 30-day free trial
- Usage fees will be billed monthly at the rate of $2.00 per case with a $50 minimum monthly billing. (a "case" is defined as a single defendant with any number of charges occurring on the same incident date)
- No limit on the number of individual users.
- All server and technology infrastructure is managed and supported by our professionals.
- Minimum PC requirements for the application are:
- Windows XP or newer
- Broadband internet connection
- 1.5 Ghz Processor
- 1 GB of RAM
- 50 MB of free hard disk space
All future version updates and upgrades to defenderData are provided at no additional cost. Any custom development will be billed at the rate of $100/hour.
Professional System:
Includes all features of the Basic System with the additional ability to attach and store external documents/files on cases.
Usage fee is $3.00 per case with the same $50 minimum monthly billing.
