For those subscribing to the Professional version of the system, a very important feature of defenderData is the ability to organize and track documents related to the case file.  The system is capable of storing a wide variety of documents and does so in such a way as to keep everything organized neatly under the case file.  It's like having a virtual file system or filing cabinet within each case file to store important documents.  This eliminates the need to go digging through network file shares looking for documents that have been used or are needed for a case.
