Of critical importance is the ability to generate commonly used document formats on individual case files.  defenderData makes it very easy to create office-wide templates to be used easily on any case file automatically populating information from the case file into the document.  Additionally, each attorney can maintain their own set of frequently used document templates if so desired.



While generating documents one at a time within the case file is extremely useful and a huge time saver, it is generally desirable to generate documents across multiple case files all at the same time.  This is a great way to keep staff focused on the key elements needed on each case with other, more pedestrian, tasks batched for later processing with consequent time savings and greater overall office efficiency.
