  • Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.

  • Case and Client Data. Such information includes, but is not limited to, criminal history record information, intelligence or investigative information or reports, juvenile court records, attorney work product, or any other information with applicable state and federal laws governing the confidentiality of information and records.
