In Short: An SMS enabled number will be collected when you visit your attorney or representative.

Your attorney or representative will walk you through enrollment in this program. At that time they will ask you for your SMS enabled number. This number will be used by this program to send you reminder notifications of upcoming court appearances as well as potentially sending you direct communications.

2. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We do not share your personal contact information with anyone.

We will not share your personal contact information with anyone. Only your attorney or representative and their related staff will have access to your contact information.

3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
