Justice Works Alerts Terms of Service

The Justice Works Alerts program is designed to remind of upcoming court appearances to help ensure attendance. Participation in this program will include reminder messages of upcoming court hearings. You may also receive replies to any messages you send in response to the notifications as well as direct messages from your assigned attorney or representative.

Participation is optional. You can opt out or cancel at any time. Just text STOP to the short code you received enrollment confirmation from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply to the last message you received with “START” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the Justice Works Alerts program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, you can get help directly by contacting your assigned attorney or representative or you can contact Justice Works directly via email at support@justiceworks.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please ensure your attorney or representative has your correct and accurate contact information when choosing to participate in this program.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on the number of appearances and direct communications between you and your attorney or representative. If you have any questions about your SMS plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our SMS privacy policy.
